Before she was a painter, Jane was a journalist, writing for Glamour, Seventeen, The New York Times and Town & Country. As Jane Marks, she wrote five books, among them The Hidden Children: The Secret Survivors of the Holocaust. As a board-certified art therapist, she led the first art therapy group at Sing Sing. And every morning, she makes a new drawing.
